HMH and Waggle use pop-ups to navigate through their apps. If you load HMH or Waggle and the buttons appear to be broken check that pop-up blockers are disabled:
On IOS navigate to Settings -> Safari -> Block Pop-Ups
If it's green, uncheck the button so it turns grey. Then try reloading HMH/Waggle.
